"WTF"

I wish I had something more intelligent to say then "WTF" for those of you not up to speed on the new teenage" texting abbreviations" .......It means WHAT THE %*CK. I have no other words for this picture.....Sorry:(

I have however found some interesting facts about eating pigs head:
In ancient times, pig head was used for ancestor worship and as a sacrifice to the heaven. On the second day of the second lunar month, every household in north China would boil pig head. That day is traditionally called the Dragon Head-raising Day. From that day on, all things start to revive, so people pray for a good beginning of the year and favorable weather on that day. As the dragon king is considered to be in charge of raining, people would sacrifice the best offering-pig head to the dragon king. Therefore, eating pig head on the second day of the second lunar month is a tradition passed down from ancient times, and is a symbol of good luck.

The Han Chinese have a lot of ways to eat pig head, such as pork tongue and ear. Snout is a specialty. It has to go through twelve major standardized procedures, such as material selection, cleaning, roasting, soaking and pickling in soy sauce, and more than ten hours before served on the desk. Snout can be eaten alone, accompanied by dressing, or rolled in a pancake. Different ways give different tastes. Snout is fat but not greasy, appetizing and delicious, and the meat and the bone are separated. It has beautifying and brain-strengthening effects.
